Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

No, once the order has been placed it is not possible to change the delivery address. It is therefore important that the correct address has been added before completing the order.

Can I get my trampoline delivered to a different address than my own?

If you use Klarna invoice it is not possible to choose a different address than what is registered as your address. If you wish to have your trampoline delivered to a different address, when ordering you can choose to pay with card instead, and update or add the wanted address at Klarna BEFORE placing the order. It is not possible for us to change the delivery address once you’ve placed your order. 

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

No, at present you can not pick up at the warehouse. We only ship from there.

Delivery time

If the goods are in stock, the delivery time is estimated to 2-7 working days (only Monday to Friday). If the goods are in stock at external central warehouse, the delivery time is estimated to 1-2 weeks. 

Do you deliver to islands?

There’s an additional fee for island shipping. Contact customer service for further pricing information.

When will I be refunded after returning a product?

We’ll refund you as soon as possible, and latest 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Do you deliver to Switzerland?

Unfortunately we cannot offer direct deliveries to Switzerland.
It is possible to order via one of the parcel shops near the Swiss border.

When ordering a trampoline, the shop must offer the option of accepting pallets. With the indication of such an address, the order can be placed on our homepage.

We cannot offer customs documents or VAT refunds.

Alternatively, you can buy your North trampoline directly in Switzerland. TheTrampoline Center Bubikoncarries a selection of our products. If you are interested, please contact the dealer directly.

What happens if I don’t pick up my parcel from the post office/carrier?

It will be returned, and you’ll be charged a fee.

I haven’t received my order confirmation?

North Trampolines payment processes includes several safety checks to secure maximal safety. An order confirmation will be sent through e-mail once the payment is completed. Be sure to check your spam folder for e-mails about your order and make sure to add us to your safe list. 

Which carrier do you ship with?

Please note our central warehouse is located in Germany. We have several carriers we can use to deliver your order to you. Please see below the list of our carriers. Please note you cannot choose your carrier, we determine what carrier is going to be used by the size of your order and your location.

DHL

After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from DHL. You will receive a suggested delivery date, this can be changed to a more suitable date if needed.

GLS
Product Type: accessories/spare parts
Delivery Areas: All over Europe
After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from GLS. You can then track exactly where the parcel is and when it will be delivered, or you can change the delivery options (parcel deposit at drop-off location, parcel shop).

Rhenus
Product Type: Trampolines including accessories
Delivery Areas: All over Europe
Your order will be passed over to Rhenus and then you will be contacted via telephone a few days in advance to schedule your delivery date.

UPS
Product Type: Small accessories
Delivery Areas: All over Europe
Your parcel will be coming from our Warehouse in Sweden, therefore the email from UPS will display the sender as "Avero AB - Boxflow". After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from UPS. You will receive a suggested delivery date, this can be changed to a more suitable date if needed.
